Experienced in qualitative and quantitative analysis, strategy articulation, organization transformation, and change management, Katie brings a diverse and impactful skillset to each organization she serves. She has assisted several global organizations with operating model definition, organization design, operational excellence, and talent strategy and assessment.
Prior to joining Axiom Consulting Partners, Katie worked as a Consultant within the Performance and Rewards practice at Sibson Consulting. While at Sibson, Katie advised organizations in the design and implementation of customized, innovative human capital solutions to drive profitable and sustainable business results. During her tenure, she managed projects in the areas of executive and broad-based compensation, performance management and career development. Her work spanned multiple industries including professional services, insurance, financial services and higher education.
Katie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Loyola University Chicago.
