As a thirty-year consultant and healthcare executive, Susanna has partnered with clients to enable their achievement of excellence in execution and building capabilities in the critical pathways to profitable growth. Susanna’s expertise includes change management, strategy development and articulation, organization design, and workforce planning and development.
Prior to co-founding Axiom Consulting Partners, Susanna was with Restructuring Associates, Inc., an organizational change consultancy based in Washington, D.C. She began her consulting career at Sibson & Company in 1988 where she became a Senior Consultant and Partner. Prior to consulting, Susanna held positions in banking with First Wisconsin (now US Bank) and General Mills in Human Resources.
Susanna has been published and quoted in the business press including US News & World Report, The Journal for Business Strategy, Perspectives: Journal of Labor and Employment Relations Association, Workspan, and Compensation & Benefits Review. She has been a speaker and trainer for various industry groups and associations including the Conference Board of Canada and the Federal Mediation & Conciliation Service.
Susanna earned her M.B.A. from the J. L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She received her B.A. from Princeton University and was then awarded a Princeton-in-Asia teaching fellowship. She spent her fellowship as an instructor at International Christian and Meiji Universities, and as a language consultant and actor with NHK-TV in Tokyo, Japan.
