Experience

Prior to joining Axiom Consulting Partners, Steve worked as a project manager at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. While at Skadden, he organized and led strategic initiatives comprised of cross-functional teams focused on business development, technology and operations. Prior to Skadden, Steve served as a practice group administrator at a U.S.-based law firm and lobbying group, where he led the development and delivery of business plans and budgets in line with the firm’s strategic priorities and revenue goals.

Steve’s career highlights include:

• Implemented and oversaw key legal technology platform designed to transform disparate data about clients, matters, people, and resources into usable and actionable information.
• Executed change management and strategic transformation project for law firm focused on European business development, market positioning and strategic planning.
• Developed and implemented business plans to advance areas of growth for law firm with a particular emphasis on venture capital and private equity, cybersecurity, international trade and health care.
• Led strategic planning and transformation for law firm business unit during the acquisition and integration of a competing firm.

Steve earned his MBA from George Mason University with a concentration in Data Analytics. He also holds a master’s degree in Legal Administration from Marymount University.
