Maggie is a manager at Axiom Consulting Partners based in the Chicago office. She is a member of Axiom’s Professional Services Practice and leads Orgaimi’s Client Solutions team.
Maggie has over 5 years of management consulting experience. She guides clients through transformational growth, applying fit-for-purpose advanced analytics and behavioral change to develop bespoke solutions. She designs, architects, and implements business intelligence platforms, statistical analysis tools, and workforce analytics models to enhance data-driven decision-making as a capability for her clients.
There will always be a part of the human experience that we can’t automate. One of my favorite parts of working with my clients is deeply understanding how they see their work and their organization and configure data solutions to work for them, rather than vice versa.
Prior to joining Axiom Consulting Partners, Maggie was a management consultant within the Commercial Innovation Practice at Palladium, an international development and management consulting firm. Her role supported collaboration between corporations, communities, and governments to design best-in-class strategic plans to achieve profitable and sustainable business results. Her work included engagements in Africa, Asia, and Latin America.

Maggie graduated magna cum laude from Washington and Lee University and holds a Bachelor of Science with attainments in Commerce and Business Administration, and a minor in Poverty and Human Capability Studies.
