Prior to joining Axiom Consulting Partners, Katie worked as a Consultant within the Performance and Rewards practice at Sibson Consulting. While at Sibson, Katie advised organizations in the design and implementation of customized, innovative human capital solutions to drive profitable and sustainable business results. During her tenure, she managed projects in the areas of executive and broad-based compensation, performance management and career development. Her work spanned multiple industries including professional services, insurance, financial services and higher education.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through a wide range of fitness activities, cooking and sharing meals with family and friends, traveling and supporting the local Chicago arts scene.
