Jeff is a leader in assisting clients with large-scale transformation and efficiency programs, business strategy, and acquisition due diligence & integration. This client experience spans industries, ranging from medium-sized to Fortune 100 media and entertainment, apparel and footwear, education, SaaS, consumer products, and professional services organizations. With over 25 years of experience, he has partnered with clients in North America, Europe and Asia to address challenges related to growth, efficiency, and organization transformation.
Jeff is known for his combination of strong diagnostic, creative, and communication skills. His plain-spoken style allows him to effectively collaborate with clients and implement elegant solutions to complex problems.
Prior to joining Axiom Consulting Partners, Jeff was Founder and Managing Director at Navint Partners, LLC, a boutique management consulting firm focused on strategy and recurring revenue business optimization. Jeff also provided interim Chief Information Officer services, having recently done so for two $1B education-based companies. Jeff also ran Navint’s European business as President of Navint Europe SAGL. Prior to Navint, Jeff had consulting roles with Nextera Enterprises, Kurt Salmon Associates (now Accenture), and Price Waterhouse.
Jeff is a frequent author, subject matter expert, and blogger across various properties, including CFO, Forbes, and Crain’s Chicago Business. Jeff is a frequent speaker and panel moderator on a range of topics. Jeff is also an active community volunteer and serves on the Board of Directors of the National Kidney Foundation.
Jeff has an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, both from Northwestern University.
