Heidi is a Partner at Axiom Consulting Partners. She brings to the firm 22+ years of experience building & sustaining high performing organizations – she has extensive experience partnering with clients to design & drive alignment between their business strategy, operating model, talent, and execution – enabling business growth, performance improvement and agility.

At Axiom, Heidi is a leader in Business Transformation. Heidi and her teams have partnered with global organizations across most industries to address their toughest challenges – connecting business strategy to execution, leading to business agility and high performance.

My greatest motivation and energy comes from partnering with my clients to solve their toughest, most complex problems and enabling them with the capability to sustain high performance long after our work together is done.

Experience

Prior to joining Axiom Consulting Partners, Heidi spent 6+ years as a Director of Business Advisory Services at Slalom Consulting where she led large, complex Business Transformations along with managing key client accounts. Prior to Slalom, she spent 8 years as a Senior Manager in Accenture’s Strategy Practice where she specialized in large, complex Organization Transformations across multiple industries. Previously she worked in the telecommunications industry as a leader across all sales channels including retail, indirect and business.

Heidi’s career highlights include:

  • Product Operating Model Design & Agile Transformation – Healthcare – Led the org design to enable the organization to new Product Operating Model and an Agile way of working – increasing speed to delivery by 35%.
  • IT Product Operating Model Strategy, Design and Implementation – MedTech – Led organization design and implementation for a Global Infrastructure and Operations function – approximately 500+ resources. Included aligning to product/services operating model and agile delivery / way of working – leading to $2M+ in savings & increased productivity.
  • Strategy & Operating Model Design – MedTech – Led the business strategy & operating model design to integrate two legacy Data & Analytics functional units into one product operating model along with agile delivery approach – leading to an increase in business agility and productivity.
  • Organization Optimization – Retail – Led the strategy and implementation to optimize organizational performance for a $500M organization. These initiatives impacted approximately 4,000+ employees and outcomes included employee satisfaction increase by 11% leading to increased productivity and revenue.
  • Team & Organization Effectiveness – Hospitality – Led the strategy and implementation to optimize organizational performance for a $100M organization. These initiatives impacted approximately 1,000+ employees and outcomes included employee satisfaction increase by 8% leading to increased productivity and revenue.

Heidi earned her Master’s Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Organizational Development, along with a Bachelor of Arts from The College of Saint Scholastica.  She is a certified SAFe Agilist, as well as a certified practitioner in Behavioral Insights & Motivations (DISC, CPBA, CPMA).

Heidi speaks on the topics of business strategy & agility, operating model design and execution, talent optimization & experience, organization transformation and change, leadership development and coaching, and organization & talent analytics. She has shared her perspectives with such organizations as The HR Executive Forum, MN Change Management Network, and numerous global organizations.
