Prior to joining Axiom Consulting Partners, Heidi spent 6+ years as a Director of Business Advisory Services at Slalom Consulting where she led large, complex Business Transformations along with managing key client accounts. Prior to Slalom, she spent 8 years as a Senior Manager in Accenture’s Strategy Practice where she specialized in large, complex Organization Transformations across multiple industries. Previously she worked in the telecommunications industry as a leader across all sales channels including retail, indirect and business.

Heidi earned her Master’s Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Organizational Development, along with a Bachelor of Arts from The College of Saint Scholastica. She is a certified SAFe Agilist, as well as a certified practitioner in Behavioral Insights & Motivations (DISC, CPBA, CPMA).
Heidi speaks on the topics of business strategy & agility, operating model design and execution, talent optimization & experience, organization transformation and change, leadership development and coaching, and organization & talent analytics.
