Charlotte is a Consultant at Axiom Consulting Partners. She brings two years of management consulting experience to the firm in talent acquisition & development strategies and business transformation & operating model work.

At Axiom, Charlotte derives creative and compelling insights through data analysis and synthetization. By partnering with engagement leaders and clients, she has become a reliable and trusted source to execute on analytically heavy workstreams and build strong relationships in the process. Charlotte has a depth of knowledge in talent development strategies, business transformations, and operating models.

As someone who is intellectually curious and seeks variety in my work, consulting gives me the opportunity to contribute to high-impact strategies for clients across diverse industries.


Prior to joining Axiom Consulting Partners, Charlotte spent time at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in their Private Wealth Management division. While at Merrill Lynch, Charlotte created portfolio presentations for client facing meetings and built diversified investment portfolios. Charlotte also interned at Victory Lap LLC. There, she worked with the founder to develop a client dataset that showcased a success rate greater than 90% for cohort graduates into top Chicago firms. Charlotte also analyzed client satisfaction data to identify improvement opportunities for the company.

Charlotte’s career highlights include:

  • Talent Development – served an investment management services firm by developing and implementing a firmwide 360 survey to quantitatively demonstrate every employee’s core capability and behavioral value levels within the firm. These insights were used by firm leadership to make decisions around compensation, promotions, and reductions in force.
  • Business Transformation – worked alongside firm leadership at a large public accounting firm to execute on transformation capabilities that were identified as core elements of their firm strategy. Stood up a transformation office for efficient board reporting and project management best practices for the client to achieve their long-term organizational goals.
  • Operating Model – assisted with developing the operating model for an Alaskan Native corporation to cater to their future needs and goals as this organization was at an inflection point in their business cycle and needed recommendations for implementing a new operating system.

Charlotte graduated from Lake Forest College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, with an emphasis on data science, and was inducted into the International Honor Society for Economics, Omicron Delta Epsilon.
