Carlos is a Manager at Axiom Consulting Partners. In addition to 10 years’ experience as a business operator, he brings to the firm four years of strategy consulting experience, performing growth strategy work with Fortune 100 companies across all industries.
At Axiom, Carlos leads and manages engagements within Axiom’s Revenue Growth Practice, where he focuses on helping clients navigate their growth challenges by taking a data-driven and focused approach to deliver actionable and executable results.

Prior to joining Axiom Consulting Partners, Carlos was a management consultant within the Customer Insight & Growth Strategy practice at Accenture Strategy. While at Accenture, Carlos advised Fortune 100 companies on their go-to-market, sales enablement, and growth strategies. Before that, Carlos spent 10 years leading and operating a food distributor through a high-growth phase, where he held multiple roles in marketing and operations. Carlos has also founded and operated two venture backed companies, taking one of those through a successful exit.
