Brandon Finley, Consultant

Brandon is a Consultant at Axiom Consulting Partners. He utilizes his international experience across risk management, operating model, payments, trading, and real estate to develop and deliver solutions with a long-term and strategic focus.

Prior to joining Axiom Consulting Partners, Brandon was a Consultant at Capco where he executed digital and operational transformation initiatives across Financial Services clients. Prior to that, Brandon worked in Global Risk Analytics at Bank of America where he worked as a steward of the bank’s risk appetite within Global Capital Markets. Brandon has also held roles at Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, and MasterCard International.

Some of Brandon’s experience highlights include:

  • Developed automated classification for 2M+ accounts across global banking clients; managed implementation to meet new FDIC regulation requirements across U.S. lines of business representing $100B+ in protected deposits.
  • Increased recognition of credit risk for Investment Bank by $100M+ (gross) by developing 10+ target-state initiatives through cross-functional and cross-border relationships to improve trade analysis and operational procedures.
  • Reduced bank-wide volume of Derivative trades in breach of Risk policy by 10%+; leveraged primary research and partnership with global executives to advise on strategic remediation to improve liquidity and capital management.

Brandon holds a Master of Science in Business Leadership and Bachelor in Bassoon Performance from Boston University. He also holds a Master of International Business from the London campus of Hult International Business School. Brandon is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, Overture Council at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and Cicerone Certification Program.
