As an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist, Ashlyn has a unique way of understanding how people operate in the workplace. With an open mind and passion for analytics, Ashlyn seeks to solve the most creative analytical problems. This enables her to work with clients to identify underlying organizational processes that drive profitable growth and execution excellence.
Prior to joining Axiom Consulting Partners as a consultant, Ashlyn spent time as an intern with the firm. Ashlyn also spent time working as an instructor of management at DePaul University’s Driehaus College of Business, and as a training consultant for the Defense Health Agency.
Ashlyn has a Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with distinction and a specialization in quantitative research methods from DePaul University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with Honor from Michigan State University. Ashlyn is currently working towards a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at DePaul University.
Ashlyn has given numerous research presentations on a variety of topics, including gender and leadership and team dynamics, at the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychologists conferences. Ashlyn is a member of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychologists (SIOP) and the Chicago Quarter Fund, and is on the Associates Board of Chicago Lights.
