Andrew is a Senior Consultant at Axiom Consulting Partners. He brings to the firm over five years of professional experience in data mining and analytics, including a combination of corporate and consulting roles.

At Axiom, Andrew helps drive revenue growth through sales effectiveness, incentive compensation design, and Go-to-Market strategy. Andrew utilizes data science and machine learning to discover hidden insights in large datasets that can be leveraged to impact business outcomes.

Uncovering patterns and stories in data is in itself exciting work, but the real benefits are realized when you leverage them to make meaningful change. I enjoy collaborating with clients to find the solution that works best for them.


Prior to joining Axiom Consulting Partners, Andrew spent five years with United Airlines where he led a team of professionals focused on analyzing flight schedules to manage operational risk. He also worked in Pricing & Revenue Management optimizing revenue on transatlantic flights through a combination of pricing strategy and overbooking analysis. Andrew led projects driving meaningful improvement in profitability, reliability, and customer experience.

Some of Andrew’s career highlights include:

  • Sales Effectiveness – redesigned the sales incentive compensation plan including plan metrics, accelerators, and payout frequency for a $20B pharmaceutical company that promotes Over-the-Counter products to health care providers.
  • Revenue Growth – utilized fuzzy-matching techniques to quantify the customer overlap between two separate CRM databases for a $4B luxury fashion retailer.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy – identified target customer segments and tailored channel partner alignment for a $400M technology company that is transitioning to a SaaS model.

Andrew earned his MS in Predictive Analytics from DePaul University and BS in Business Analytics from the University of Tennessee.
