Alexis is a Manager at Axiom Consulting Partners. He brings more than 10 years of experience in growth strategy and commercial excellence, and a diverse background of experiences at the intersection of business planning, market research, technology and data science, and finance.

Alexis has spent his entire career helping orient, structure, and implement data-driven commercial strategies at corporations and start-ups across B2B and B2C industries. Passionate about data and making sense of it, Alexis believes in uncovering and harnessing untapped revenue opportunities through rigorous analytics, while facilitating change through long-term support, team leadership, and compelling, data-driven recommendations that move teams and organizations forward.

Axiom is focused on mobilizing the most relevant consulting team for each engagement, emphasizing client listening and diverse and complementary skillsets, to deliver bespoke and impactful solutions for the client business and organization.



Before joining Axiom Consulting Partners, Alexis was a senior consultant with Opus Consulting, where he focused on growth strategy, business and financial planning, and venture building with an emphasis on technology, food & beverage, legal cannabis, and Native American businesses.

Prior to moving to the United States, Alexis worked across Europe and Southeast Asia with PwC, Simon-Kucher & Partners, and Oliver Wyman on go-to-market and commercial excellence projects, helping industry leaders reinvent and optimize their approach to segmentation, product positioning, pricing and promotions, and other commercial topics.

Some of Alexis’s career highlights include:

  • Go-To-Market – Advised and trained multiple automotive companies across the entire value chain – from Tier 3 suppliers to car OEMs and dealers through remarketing services – on value-based pricing strategy and execution for vehicles, parts, services, in parallel to digital transformation, and sales processes and effectiveness.
  • Commercial Turnaround – Diagnosed and chart the turnaround roadmap for a leading European confectionary franchiser, helping improve the network and store economics and leading to 75%+ EBITDA growth over three years.
  • Growth & Marketing Strategy – Turned around a Native American farming company, from strategy to implementation, over 2+ years: beyond successfully renegotiating contracts and securing $5MM+ in additional profits, Alexis led the journey towards building a premium specialty food brand. He spearheaded branding and business development efforts across multiple channels across the country, and building partnerships throughout the value chain, from breweries to Michelin-star restaurants.
  • Segmentation & Value-Based Pricing – Led several pricing engagements for new product and service launches in B2B industries, including SaaS, automotive, and food & beverage, leveraging Voice of Customer, conjoint analysis to derive optimal offerings and price points.

Alexis holds a Master of Science in Management from HEC Paris in France and a Master of Arts in Strategic and International Management (SIM) from the University of Saint Gallen in Switzerland. Alexis also studied at the University of Cologne in Germany.
