We are looking for data and analytics-savvy professionals to join our Chicago-based team of consultants who have proven consulting expertise and experience working with other data analysts and project resources. This role is client-facing and requires managing work, guiding junior team members, and participating on internal teams to understand and solve complex problems.

Primary responsibilities

  • Develop hypotheses that diagnose business problems or opportunities, create the analytical work plan to test them, and draw up logical and actionable plans to achieve project objectives
  • Use client data and information to build a highly defensible fact base, develop and support key findings and actionable insights, and move the work forward
  • Contribute to the Axiom team’s knowledge, awareness, clarity, and depth in addressing the client situation and potential solutions by understanding and applying knowledge related to the Firm’s broad disciplines in revenue growth and business transformation
  • Present and visualize data and information in a clear, accurate, and compelling manner that supports evolving ideation
  • Develop and provide meaningful insights and relevant points-of-view on complex concepts directly to clients through simple, plainspoken materials
  • Contribute to leading-edge thinking that deepens the Firm’s capabilities and differentiates Axiom in the market


Qualifications & Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, engineering, or related field (MBA or alternate post-graduate education preferred)
  • At least two years of management consulting/professional services experience, or equivalent experience in areas such as finance, investment banking, or data-driven marketing
  • Experience communicating directly with clients and addressing business problems through analytics
  • Passion for learning and track record of keeping up to date on technologies, platforms, and tools
  • Some travel may be required
